  • MJN board, working group, local chapter, and committee nominees must be either Alliance members (any level) or active MJN donors.

Board Terms - Two-year terms, with no limit on the number of terms.

Representation - We strive for our boards and committees to reflect the diversity of our membership across geography, industry sectors, company stages, and backgrounds.

Nominations - Must be submitted by a current MHTBA member or MJN donor. Self-nominations are welcome, and candidates may be nominated for multiple roles.

Meetings - Most are held via Zoom, with occasional optional in-person sessions. Serving on the board does not automatically place you on a board committee. Committee participation is by appointment or volunteer and the committee cadence applies only to committee members.
