PROMOTE: Brothers Built Loenbro on Montana Work Ethic and Values, Created 500+ Jobs

Brothers Paul and Jon Leach honed their entrepreneurial skills growing up on a family farm 20 miles west of Great Falls. After attending Lincoln Welding School in Cleveland, Paul and Jon set themselves apart from other welders at the oil refinery in Great Falls who only wanted to weld by tackling any challenge they were offered. In 2001, Paul and Jon went into business together and hired good people who shared their core values:

  • We Take Action

  • We Do What We Say

  • We Lead By Example

  • We Do The Right Thing

  • We Practice Stewardship

More than 15 years later, Loenbro has grown to employ more than 500 people and includes multiple companies and services under one name, including Industrial Construction, Inspection Services, Insulation, Pipeline, Oilfield Services, and Plumbing and Heating. In addition to its 30,000+ square foot facility in Great Falls, MT, Loenbro has offices in Epping, ND, Casper, WY, and Midland TX, bringing their Montana values and work ethic to other markets around the country.
