What is special about your company?

Our motto: “Success. Together.” describes the foundation of First Security’s relationship with customers, employees, and the community. It’s about being engaged throughout a loan request, and looking for solutions that may not be immediately obvious. It’s about supporting continuing education for employees and offering an atmosphere that encourages balance in work and home life.

What are your plans for the future?

A key plan is to continue staying abreast of and offering the technology our customers need to manage their financial lives. We will also continue helping our communities through business growth. Start-ups, expansions, hyper-local and broader markets— we see a healthy future through both financing activities and being actively engaged with economic development organizations.  Long-term, our physical presence will expand and we’ll be serving the growing global needs of local customers.
