Many employers have, at the same time, implemented diversity measures only to be told those measures may put them at legal risk. With those shifting demands in mind, Mike and Paul will discuss best practices for analyzing and modifying your company’s policies, practices and procedures to ensure they comply with revised regulations, recently released court opinions and trends in the market.
