Adam Callinan - Founder, Pentane
Adam Callinan is a seasoned entrepreneur and is best known as the co-founder and former CEO of BottleKeeper®, a patented beverage accessory that grew from a $10,000 personal investment to over $8 million in revenue in its third year—without employees or outside investors. Following the acquisition of BottleKeeper, Adam founded Pentane, a financial intelligence platform for e-commerce brands. In addition to building companies, Adam is a contributor to Entrepreneur and Inc. and the host of the Growth Mavericks podcast, where he interviews top founders and operators on scaling businesses effectively. He lives in Bozeman, Montana, with his wife and two kids.
Jake Wood - CEO & Founder, Groundswell
Jake Wood is the founder and CEO of Groundswell, a software company that enables companies to make philanthropy an employee benefit. Groundswell launched in 2021 after raising $15 million in venture capital led by Google Ventures. Wood is a sought-after thought leader on topics of organizational culture and leadership, frequently speaking at corporate and industry events. Notable corporate clients include Goldman Sachs, Intuit, Farmers Insurance, Travelers Insurance, Facebook, and Carhartt. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a dual degree in Business and Political Science and played four years of varsity football for the Badgers.
